What we do
We are an organization that focuses on three aspects of a person’s well-being. Their physical, mental and financial wellness and how these all tie together to influence a person’s overall health. So, we are NOT just focused on physical training/rehabilitation, though that is a major consideration.
On the physical side, we focus on functional, whole body strength and mobility. Our primary tools are Russian Kettlebells, Z-Health and CK-FMS (see links below). Our trainers are RKC, Z-Health &/or CK-FMS certified.
On the financial side we focus on not just debt reduction but complete elimination of any outstanding debt and the creation of anymore. Our primary reference is Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace programs (see link below).
The spiritual/mental aspect is covered in a variety of ways and focuses more on a person’s confidence in themselves and a positive self-image with no one particular tool/discipline used.

Things to communicate through the design

The target audience
Target client are adults and range from athletes to “soccer moms”. Since we have a broad customer base our logo needs to stand out without being specific to gender.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The logo needs to convey a strong image.
The logo needs to be able to engage the viewer’s attention
The logo needs to work at different sizes.
We would like the fonts that are used included with the logo, if possible. Though it is not a requirement
We like clean easy to read designs that can be used in print media, screen printing, embroidery and websites.
We’re also hoping that this logo or part of it, could be printed one color, if need be. (Not a must but would definitely be a plus.)
There should be no color background. It should be clear/ transparent.
The logo must be simple, elegant, and professional as well as giving the client a feeling of trust.
