Things to communicate through the design
1. Clean, simple, fresh, modern design
2. We are an approachable business with less than 5 employees total. We don't want the logo to read like that of a large financial institution
3. Easy to read name. Emphasis can be on Reliable but still want Home Offers to be very legible.
The target audience
Our typical client is a seller between 45 – 70 years old that has a property that is not fit for a traditional sale. This could be because they have inherited the house and don’t want to fix it up, they have tight time constraints for a sale, or they can no longer afford the house. All income levels and occupations call us. They are interested in the ease of a transaction to a real estate investor.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Font should be modern, fresh, and clean. Logo will be used primarily on white and black backgrounds. We like blue-gray as a color to be used in the logo. We also like the idea of using the Chicago flag colors (baby blue, red, white) if you think it better suits your design. We seem to be gravitating towards designs where either just the word Reliable or the whole business name is capitalized.
