The target audience
40-60 years old, upper income, professional, well educated, independent business owners, fractional CEOs CFOs etc. Ambitious, goal-orientated, like to win, challenging attitude.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I'm really open, but thinking using "gears" to pick up the "machine" concept. I'd like the name integrated with the design. (Not a gear and name next to it). The "gear" is typical, but I'm open for new ideas.

The referral machine is about connecting people together who can benefit from each others business. Creating a "perfect fit". The message I want to send is that "we are better when we are connected"! Combine the "connection" aspect with the "machine" aspect. Thanks!
