The target audience
A successful entrepreneur who is looking to have someone manage his/her lodging facility to ease his mind on the daily practices required to run a successful hotel, motel, short-term rental, etc. Generally, the person is male, mid-30's to mid-60's in age located in the state of Michigan.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like the color blue. We like colors that make you feel connected to the Great Lakes and this incredible state. Would like something that can look great in a rectangular shape but also perfect in a square-ish shape like for letterhead. Maybe the name inside the outline of a hotel? Not sure. Would like to see some creativity.
