The target audience

This area is undergoing a revitalization of sorts and is attracting young adults and college students as well as middle-aged professionals. It's in downtown Cincinnati and will be a cozy thai/sushi restaurant with a bar.

We like these fonts, colors and style

Color scheme is reds/oranges/yellows, maybe some wood grain. Think fire, brick, and teak wood. We would like the common acronym for Over-The-Rhine OTR to be featured somewhere in the logo but it doesn't need to be the main focus.
