How do I post a project?
To post a project, simply click on the Post a Project link at the top of this page.To post a project, simply click on the 'Start A Logo’ link at the top of this page.

Can I cancel a project after it has been posted?
Once a project has been posted, it can’t be Canceled or stopped before the end date. It’s important that our designers have confidence in knowing that they are getting paid for their hard work and effort.

How are Designers paid for their work?
For the moment we offer payment through Paypal. In the near future, we will be adding some other ways for designers to be paid: You will be asked for your Paypal account info when you join. When the project is complete, you will automatically receive payment through Paypal within the next few days.

How do I sign-up?
To create an account, simply click to the Signup button at the top of the page. Make sure you click the "I am a logo designer" button to sign up.

How does the guarantee work?
If you don’t receive at least 40 entries. We will extend your contest for another 7 days. If you still do not get 40 entries after the extension you will get a full refund - no questions asked.

How do I submit a design to a contest?
To submit your design, simply search the projects, find one that you’d like to enter and click the green "Enter This Contest" button towards the top of the page. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll be asked to create one and then you can upload your design. Once your design has been uploaded check back often to see comments from the client and revise your entry if necessary.

What does it cost to be a Designer?
Designers can enter contest absolutely FREE. A 10% fee will be deducted from the prize money to help cover administration fees, advertising and overall maintenance of the site.

What is the "Logo Dispute Center"?
The logo dispute center is a place for designers that feel their logo concept was copied. Once a dispute has been started the designers can vote "Yes" or "No" If they feel the concept was copied. To start a "Logo Dispute" contact the admin. Any disputes will be found on the corresponding contest page. You can vote by clicking the RED BUTTON "Logo Dispute".

How do I run a contest?
First, sign up for an account on Logomyway so that you can launch a contest. When you create your contest you will need to provide information about your design. You will then specify how much money you'd like to award as a prize.

How long do contests run for?
By default, your contest can run for up to seven days. If you don't have that much time you can go shorter. Please remember that unless the prize you offer is worth the extra effort, designers will often pass up these contests. If you happen to need more time email support and we can extend it.

How do I pay for my Contest?
When you create a contest we will ask you for payment information. A 10% administration fee is automatically added to your bill. You may pay using PayPal or any major credit card. You never have to worry about paying your winning Designer, because we handle that for you. If you don’t receive at least 30 entries to your project, you get a full refund - no questions asked.

Can I change the details of my contest at a later date?
To edit your contest send the changes to support at Logomyway. You can always add additional information to your contest in your account under "My Contests" Once a contest has ended you can no longer make changes to it.

How do I choose the right prize money?
What do you think you can afford? What kinds of prizes are other contest holders offering? Answer these questions and you will have a good idea of what will constitute a good prize for your contest.

Can I make my contest private?
Yes. We charge a $50 fee to make your contest private. Only our registered designers can see your contest. Search engines and the general public will not be able to see any of your contest information. Your design WILL NOT show up in our porfolio if you choose to make it private.
