maybe joyo didn't copy a specific designer, maybe instead both designers are copying from clip-art somewhere?

anyway I don't think 2 designs is enough to ban someone. maybe a suspension? need more proof.

I agree with simplydesigns62, in a general way and not targeting joyodesain.....

in fact owing to the compulsive copycats, a designer spends more time defending his work than he had spent creating it...lol!!

Let's leave the punishment issue to the admin though.

Thanks for the comments you all, I think the comments from 'not usual' and simplydesigns62 can figure that I should go from here, I did not discuss whether a person has a great talent or not here, I think this is a dead end for me to prove that I was really not a thief, cheater and so forth. because the facts and evidence clearly leads to what is seen in the link address.
I do not regret having done something that I should do here, and I have to keep working, because I have to explain it all here.
if you do not accept the reasons I think I can memakluminya, hopefully this will never happen to you all .. I personally do not feel made a mistake here but the evidence is really like to wrap me to get out of here ...

@Joyodesain- this comment is not directed to you unless you fit the shoe! I am making a general statement to all...

No matter what happens this growing trend of copycats and clip-artists needs to stop once and for all. Most importantly it needs to be 100% fair across the board no matter who you are...

Don't base decision of how good a portfolio looks, how long designer been here, or because he/she is your friend base it upon the infraction. The one I hate the most is ""this designer is an asset to Logomway because of talent, bs... I don't consider you very talented when you cheat and continue to cheat.

I suggested the 3 strike rule before and simply because of what I stated above will eliminate all the bs....

1st offense that looses without question- warning
2nd " " - 30 day suspension
3rd " " - banned

following some of my reasons:
This case happened a few days ago after I register on another logo contest ..
then had to wait for vote, after viewing my portfolio one of the members they claim to have a logo that is similar to the existing logo in its portfolio, and the coincidence of the logo is already winning the contest ..

The following is a link that claims several addresses he has given me in the comments there vote for new members, is the exact same address that is sent by the admin to my email..

of course I do not know and had no idea of the logo is really similar to mine.
if it does indeed should I have to draw all of the logo is because it is a logo owned longer than my logo, I do not know what to do because he felt I had to steal a logo from him. as long as I worked I never had the idea to copy or steal logos from the contest any person, I believe and understand if he reported the matter to the admin.

I've explained it all to admin that the logo was my idea all along without seeing someone or steal a logo from any contest, this would be a difficult choice for me, here I feel looks like a stole, copied the logo of a person.

I would be open to all opinions of you, and I know there must be elements of likes and dislikes in this room, I kept on my commitment that I do not feel imitate the idea of him even though the logo looks similar. an accidental coincidence or not? I certainly can not escape from this fact, really I was in a difficult position ...
